On May 13, TK, a Thai trainee and former contestant on MBC’s survival show Fantasy Boys, revealed the news through his personal social media account, posting an ultrasound photo alongside an image of his ex-girlfriend.

In his emotional message, he wrote, “I’m grateful for all the support and sorry to disappoint anyone.” Addressing his unborn child, he added, “No matter what happens, I want you to know that I love you. Our family will always welcome you with open arms. I can’t wait to meet you.”

TK shared that he and his ex-girlfriend, referred to as “A,” were friends for about a year before they began dating in November 2023. The couple discovered the pregnancy in February 2024, but due to recurring personality clashes, they broke up in April.

Despite the breakup, TK emphasized his unwavering belief in the child being his. “From the start, I believed this baby was mine,” he said, noting that he had actively supported all prenatal care—including checkups, blood tests, and ultrasounds—for the past three months, personally covering all associated costs.

While “A” has chosen to raise the baby as a single mother, TK expressed his intention to remain involved in their child’s life. He said he has been in regular contact with her family since March and hopes to participate in co-parenting, despite current disagreements with her family over financial expectations for the child’s care.

“I wasn’t involved in any discussion or decision about those demands,” he explained, referencing disagreements over expenses such as delivery, housing, and education. “I couldn’t immediately agree to the proposal, but I plan to be fully involved in the child’s life and will take on as much of the responsibility and cost as I can.”

Born in 2003, TK participated in Fantasy Boys in 2023 and was eliminated in episode 8. He is currently a trainee under a Thai entertainment agency. His announcement has sparked mixed reactions online, with many praising his honesty and willingness to take responsibility, while others express concern over the challenges he may face moving forward.
